Our Building

Well these picture are all out dated. You should see the progress we have made. Now if the weather will allow I will get updated Pictures on here.

Now Take A Look: See anything Different?

    
Already old signs are gone and the ugly cooler on the east side has been removed. New signs have been installed.

Now for the interior. Our nearly 2000 square foot sale area is under construction. As you can see the insulation is going up and
the walls will be covered with peg board for hanging space for items to be inspected easily. The ceiling will be 10 feet high
drop ceiling to aid in heating and cooling of the room.

The wall are now insulated and covered with peg board.

The restrooms were terribly small, and outdated. Construction has begun on the new, oversized handicap accessible restrooms.
They are going to be nicely equipped with grab bars, hand dryers and hot water!

Now the restrooms are completed. Both restrooms are handicap accessible equipped with grab bars and automatic hand dryers.

 

All the furnaces (there are 3) have passed safety inspections and have been serviced and cleaned. The building has been safety inspected and new
fire extinguishers have been installed.

Keep Checking back we will let you know how things are going and when we will have the Grand Opening!

The business office is open from  9AM to 2 PM  Monday thru Friday. Consignments are welcome. Give us a call.

Our Check Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We process all checks by ECS (Electronic Check Service) powered by Nova Network. There is no difference in how you will write your check it is how WE will process it. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from you account . Funds can be with drawn from you account as soon as the same day. If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds, you authorized us to make a one-time electronic fund tranfer from you account to collect a fee as allowed by the law in the state of Indiana.

We will be glad to accept your check for payment providing:

  1. You are a resident of Indiana

  2. You have a photo ID

  3. Your address is printed on the check

  4. Your address on check and Photo ID match

 
Bad Check Fee
We will accept your check if all the above are met. If you do write a check 
that bounces (insufficient funds in the bank) we will contact you and bill you
the total amount of your purchases plus a Bad Check Fee of $30.00 payable in 
2 business days from contact date. If you do not pay the billed amount the 
matter will be turned over to our attorney the next business day.
