We process all checks by ECS (Electronic Check
Service) powered by Nova Network. There is no difference in how you will
write your check it is how WE will process it. When you provide a check
as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check
to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from you account . Funds can
be with drawn from you account as soon as the same day. If your payment
is returned due to insufficient funds, you authorized us to make a
one-time electronic fund tranfer from you account to collect a fee as
allowed by the law in the state of Indiana. |

We will be glad to accept your check for payment providing:

You are a resident of Indiana

You have a photo ID

Your address is printed on the check

Your address on check and Photo ID match

Bad Check Fee
We will accept your check if all the above are met. If you do write a
check
that bounces (insufficient funds in the bank) we will contact you and bill you
the total amount of your purchases plus a Bad Check Fee of $30.00 payable
in
2 business days from contact date. If you do not pay the billed amount the
matter will be turned over to our attorney the next business day. |
